When do you expect new bikes in stock

Sometimes a bike might show as out of stock: here's our explanation on why some bikes are unavailable and what to expect.

Our Stock Levels

We keep a rolling stock of most bikes at our warehouse on London. But sometimes there are supply delays: this might be because we haven't accurately predicted demand for certain models or colour schemes, but usually it's due to delays at our suppliers.

reBike stock may be limited for models that are recent additions to our fleet: for example, we will not have much reBike stock a new model of Strider bike until after some time when we expect members to begin to exchange this for larger bikes.

What to do if your chosen bike is out of stock

Don't panic! We offer a wide range of bikes, many of which overlap in size and style. For example, if the Frog 52 is out of stock, the Forme Kinder 20" may be a suitable alternative. Use our interactive bike finder to choose the best bikes based on your child’s age and height .

If you're certain that the bike you want is one that isn't in stock, you can always use our handy back in stock email service. Just select your configuration, then click 'email me when back in stock', and we'll notify you as soon as we receive that bike back at our warehouse.

Please note that we don't generally reserve bikes for members as there's so much demand! However if there's a special occasion that you really need a specific bike for, email info@bikeclub.com and we might be able to give more specific advice.
