Log into your account and select the bike you’d like to return



Pick your next bike


If you don't know what you want yet, don't worry, find your perfect bike with our interactive bike finder. You can also browse our collections of kids and adult bikes to find out what you need!



Enter your card details


Pay the £19.99 exchange fee.



Exchange your bike

Our courier will deliver your child's next bike and collect the old one at the same time.
